Accommodation

The downstairs accommodation comprises a kitchen (washing machine, fridge, electric cooker, microwave), a living room (tv and dvd) and an open-plan dining room.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom (bath and electric shower).

Heating is by electricity (a mixture of storage heaters and convector heaters), charged at current prices.
